Good but Eh
I got these tickets for my fiancé's birthday and he was super pumped about it. It was good, some of the fillers in the beginning weren't that great, but overall a decent experience. My only complaint is that Kevin Gates showed up hella late and we only got maybe 45-60 second snip its of a few songs. Granted idk what happened and don't want to place blame anywhere by any means, it just wasn't what we hoped for. We still had fun, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed especially for my fiancé. He was so excited for this and it was kind of a let down.
What a Night!!!!
The Kevin Gates experience really lived up to its name Saturday night in Houston. The wait was worth it cause soon as he hit the stage, the crowd went crazy. His show was very intimate and personal. I literally felt his energy on stage the entire time. For a rapper, he commanded the stage like a legendary great. No back up dancers, he didn't have 20 other men on the stage with him. Just him, no features at all, just him. Kevin Gates did his thang, for real!!!
That night will go down in my top 3 live concerts experiences ever! And I've seen a lot of live performances including Kesha Cole, Nas, Little Wayne, Juicy J, Young Jeezy, Future, Wiz Khalifa, Logic to just name a few. As well as Destiny Child. His show was second to Young Jeezy and 3rd to R. Kelly. Thats why I put him #3 on my ALL TIME LIST
